The large Cambridge Obelisk can be used as a lovely focal point in any outdoor area where there is level ground. The large Cambridge Obelisk is very sturdy. If the Obelisk is placed in an area that experiences high winds or the ground is not flat, please email us at info@verticalandvine and we will send you stainless steel anchors to attach to the legs of your obelisk. 


We suggest cutting flowers on an angle prior to placing on the flower pin. 

To keep fresh, after a few days, trim the stem, replace on the flower pin and add water. 

For interesting arrangements, you may want to add flowers of varying heights.  

Cedar is naturally rot‑resistant and while you can plant directly in it, we suggest adding a liner or filling a nursery pot with soil before adding it to the planter. Damp soil pressed directly against wood shortens its lifespan and can make seasonal maintenance more difficult.
